Resistance thermometers and thermocouples with separately approved, flameproof encapsulated connection head. By means of various process connections, the temperature sensors can be equipped with additional protection tubes in the form of

• weld-in protection tubes (according to DIN, Shell standard, etc.)
• protective tubes with screw-in thread or
• protection tube with welded flange

be completed.

In conjunction with intrinsically safe circuit connection, they can be used in zone 0. With additional protection tubes, equipment category 1/2 is given; otherwise category 2.
